Prerequisites: CHE 114and AGA 114orAGR 103orAGH 133. Collection, handling, and processing of biological materials. Record keeping, pipetting, preparation of reagents, and conducting routine laboratory analysis in the fields of animal nutrition, soil and water quality testing, and blood hormone testing. Understanding and operation of major laboratory equipment. Application of current techniquesto problem solving in agriculture science. Laboratory included. Laboratory fee required. There are three hours of lecture and one two-hour laboratory each week. Spring-Even
