Description

Prerequisite: AGA 114or FCN 103. Principles of food products in the animal science industry including a survey of the meat and dairy industry, live animal-carcass comparisons, processing techniquesin both meat and dairy sciences, inspection and regulations related to meat and dairy food production. Fall-Odd
