Description
Prerequisite: AGA 114or AGH 133or AGR 103. A study of the current state of agricultural production in light of increasing pressures on land, water and other resources, hunger and malnutrition, genetic resources, governmental policies and trade agreements, and consumer preferences, among other topics.
