This course prepares the student to be licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic in the state of Missouri. The course follows the National EMS Core Content as promulgated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Core Content required by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.
