Prerequisites: CJS 103and CJS 273. A classroom study of the types, uses, and admissibility of evidence in the criminal justice process. Particular emphasis will be placed on the role of the court in interpreting constitutional principles that attach to the discovery, documentation and presentation of evidence in court. Spring
