We are going to cover a variety of topics this semester.   Everything from finances to PTSD, to fitness.  We are going to work hard and have a good time doing it.

Fit For Duty Standards

Run - 1.5 mile run in 12:34 minutes or less

Push-ups - Minimum 43 (no time limit)

Sit-ups - Minimum 46 (in 1 minute)

300 meter run in 55 seconds or less

Vertical jump – 21 inches

Bench Press - 1 lift 1.06% of body weight
