Description

Prerequisite: Major or minor in Applied Nutrition, Hospitality Management,or Event Management. Basic principles in selection and preparation of food products based on chemical and physical properties of food. The safety of the food supply is also investigated. Lecture two hours per week, laboratory two hours per week. Materials fee required. Fall
