Description

Prerequisites: HRM 204andHRM 303. This course builds on the operational concepts presented in HRM 204 and HRM 303. The course examines the advanced literature and contemporary theories of lodging management with a case study approach which will vary based on industry trends and developments. Students are introduced to leading professionals in the lodging industry and will actively participate in the professional activities of the Missouri Hotel and Lodging Association. Fall
