Description

Prerequisite: HST 163 or equivalent. A study of the main currents of recent European history with emphasis on such topics as the causes of the World Wars, the anatomy of Fascism and Nazism, Communism, modern intellectual trends, and the post-World War II search by Europe for a new role in world affairs.
