Description

Prerequisite: MAT 013, MAT 0135, minimum ACT Math 18, minimum SAT Math 490, or minimum CLT Math 16. (All prerequisite courses require a grade of P or C- or better.) Students who completed MAT 133 are not eligible to take the course. This course fulfills the same requirements as MAT 133 College Algebra and is intended for students who do not meet the prerequisites for MAT 133 College Algebra. A general education math course, where topics include graphing functions and relations, conic sections, exponential and logarithmic functions, systems of equations, as well as provide integrated academic support. This course meets for five hours each week. Fall/Spring
