Description
Prerequisites: MGT 213and MKT 223. An introduction into the processes and problems involved in acquiring and controlling materials and services required for operations management in modern enterprises. Students will become familiar with source selection, quality and quantity control, value analysis, and negotiation and legal consideration. Students will also demonstrate an understanding of managing the flow of products from raw materials sourcing and acquisition through delivery to the final user. Spring
