Prerequisites: MGT 213and MKT 223. Operations Management focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing processes that produce and deliver products and services. The process is studied in a way to maximize efficiency and profitability. The course also focuses on quality control, inventory management, supply chain, process design, and lean operations. Spring
