A survey of standard music notation standards and practices as well as practical application using computer engraving software (Finale).Topics include fundamental notation rules, various score layouts, score production and printing, basic and advanced engraving software techniques, as well as the development of proofreading and editing skills.Knowledge of Music Theory is not required, but strongly recommended.
