Prerequisite: PSY 103. This course will provide an introduction to the psychology and sociology of sport. The focus will include a broad overview of topics, such as the history of sport psychology, motivation, coaching and leadership, team dynamics, performance enhancement and the impact of social variables on individual and team performance.
