Description
Prerequisites: PSY 103or PSY 273and PSY 183or a Child Studies major. The major schools of counseling and psychotherapy are presented. Provides a theoretical orientation to the field of psychotherapy. Attention is given to the underlying theory and assumptions of each approach, as well as examination of theories from a Biblically-informed, Christian worldview. Emphasizes integration through case studies and reaction papers. Fall
