Personal Biography

Dr. Stacy McNeill has taught college courses in the communication field for three decades, and has served in administrative roles for one decade. Dr. McNeill is the current Dean of Academic Enrichment at C of O. She holds a master's degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Organizational Communication, from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. Dr. McNeill teaches courses in communication law, interpersonal communication, and public speaking. She is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, a national communication honor society.

Description

Prerequisite: SPC 103. An examination of communication processes within formal and informal organizational settings. Special emphasis areas include systems theory, leader/member relationships, corporate culture, communication and power, and interpersonal and group interaction within the organization.
