Description
Prerequisites: BIO 114with a grade of C- or better. A laboratory and field oriented study of the taxonomy, ecology, management and production of freshwater fishes. The course begins with an introductory taxonomy of the fishes of Missouri and Arkansas and ends with a focus on the important freshwater game and commercial species of the USA.Three hours of lecture, and one three-hour laboratory each week.
