Prerequisites: BIO 233with a grade of C- or better. The function of human organ systems with an emphasis on the molecular mechanisms of homeostasis. Topics include: neuro-, muscular, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal and gastrointestinal physiology. This course is intended for students majoring in Human/Molecular Biology or who plan to enroll in a graduate program in the biological or medical sciences. Three hours of lecture, and one three-hour laboratory each week. Fall
