Halley Fleming

Halley Fleming’s journey began through the Gates of Opportunity at College of the Ozarks in the fall of 2003. While on campus her first workstation was Intramural Sports led by Dean Nick Sharp, she then worked in Sports Information under the leadership of Coach Al Waller. Fleming received a Bachelor’s of Science at the College of the Ozarks, double majoring in Business Administration and Mass Communications. She then furthered her education and earned a Master’s Degree in 2012 from William Woods University in Fulton, MO.

Fleming began her career at Branson Bank April of 2009 as the Director of Marketing. She was then promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2019. Fleming leads all Marketing and Communication efforts and is responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy set by the Board of Directors. In 2014, Fleming started her first business, Brogan Advertising assisting businesses with branding and advertising. And more recent, in 2021 she started a second business 'Ozark Mountain Adventure' bringing Glamping (glamorous camping) to Branson, Missouri - the first of its kind to Branson. 

Fleming’s heart is in the community as she volunteers countless hours to the following: Ozark Mountain Community Cares, Ozark Mountain Prayer Group, School of the Ozarks, Ozark Mountain Family YMCA, Together Forever – a Skyler Sanders Family Foundation, Junior Auxiliary, Branson-Hollister Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks, and The Community Foundation of the Ozarks, just to name a few.

She has two children, Brock (age 9) and Teagan (age 7) and both attend School of the Ozarks. On the weekends you can find the Flemings mountain biking or taking in the Ozark Mountain trails together.
