Her goal is to equip students with practical business knowledge while encouraging them to become ethical leaders whose decisions reflect strong character, humility, and a commitment to honoring Christ in both their personal and professional lives.
Drawing from her experiences as a business owner, executive, marketer, and entrepreneur, Halley brings real-world application into every lesson. She challenges students to think critically, embrace innovation, and develop the confidence to solve complex business problems while remaining grounded in biblical principles.
Outside the classroom, Halley enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, speaking at conferences around the country, serving her community, traveling around the world, and building businesses alongside her family. She believes that God often uses our greatest challenges to prepare us for our greatest opportunities and that faithful leadership begins with a servant's heart.
