Description

Prerequisites: BIO 114and BIO 124with a grade of C- or better. Professionals in the fields of wildlife, fisheries, and other natural resource sciences require effective strategies for professional communication to diverse audiences. In this course, students will develop and deliver programs communicating scientific ecological principles for conservation education and outreach initiatives. In addition, students will learn how to design educational materials for institutions and agencies that disseminate complex issues in a clear and effective manner. Fall
