Description
This course is designed to provide the student with a knowledge of the historical development of science and its impact on society. The major branches (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology and Geology) will be covered and their interactions emphasized when possible. Students will survey the contributions and the impact of Western, Arabic, and Asian science within the historical context of those regions.
