Description
This course is for anyone desiring knowledge of basic skills in information retrieval necessary for academic success. Students will learn how information is organized and retrieved, how to ask questions, find relevant answers, and evaluate results. The goal of the course is to produce confident and self-sufficient researchers. The course is open to all students, but is most beneficial when taken early in a students academic career. (F/S)
